The importance of berley while fishing can not be understated. It provides an extremely important role of attracting fish into the area you're fishing and enticing them to strike your bait. One common issue while using berley is accuracy. If you are not attracting the fish to your bait your berley is not being as effective as it could be and this is where our berley bomb comes into play. With the 2 stainless steel berley cages, the idea behind this rig is that you fill the cages with berley before casting out. This allows your berley to be within inches of your bait allowing it to be as effective as possible.
Now you're berley is in the correct area and working as effective as possible for you, there is still one issue this rig deals with.
Have you ever been float fishing and the fish are on the bottom? Have you ever been fishing on the bottom and the fish are higher in the water? This rig combats that issue. With the snap attachment you are able to switch between a float or a sinker at a moments notice allowing you to completely change your fishing method without completely changing your rig. This rig can also be fished unweighted by using the weight of the berley to assist with casting.
Each berley bomb rig comes with 2 x individual hook lengths with 2 x size 8 Chemically sharpened baitkeeper hooks on each. Replacement hook lengths in different hook sizes and line weights are available in our catalogue allowing you to choose the perfect option for your needs.
